This Leadership Development Program was developed at Mecklenburg Community Church in order to develop and grow leaders from within the various ministries of the church. The teaching was led by Dr. James Emery White, and was structured over the course of an academic year, from September through May. As a part of this program, all participants were taken through the “Theology on Tap” course which is included as a part of this package:
